ARC has over 70 years’ experience in the mechanical contracting and service business.

We are in compliance with all required safety codes, such as OSHA and VOSHA.

Our design professionals are members of professional organizations such as the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES), American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), Plumbing/Heating-Cooling Contractors (PHCC), International Code Counsel (ICC), and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).

Our plumbing technicians are licensed in the States of Vermont and New Hampshire.

We participate in the Vermont Apprenticeship Program for plumbers, HVAC technicians and sheetmetal personnel and conduct all training in-house.

Our service technicians are certified in their individual areas of expertise, including CETP (Certified Employee Training Program), NORA (National Oilheat Research Alliance), and NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certifications as required by Vermont and New Hampshire Law.

Our refrigeration and HVAC technicians are EPA-certified to handle refrigerants.

Our service technicians hold Type “S” Electrical Licenses and gas pipe fitter licenses.

Safety

ARC is in compliance with all required safety codes, such as OSHA and VOSHA. We have staff dedicated to administering our safety program. Our safety officers are responsible for providing instructions, inspecting tools, job sites, vehicles and personal protective gear.
