ARC designs, installs and services closed-loop water-to-air geothermal heating and cooling systems. Although the initial investment is higher than a conventional HVAC system, in the right application the investment can be recovered through energy costs savings. System life is estimated at 25 years for the inside components and 50+ years for the ground loop.
