As ARC continues to grow, we are delighted to announce four new additions to our team.
Janet Bryer, ARC’s new service coordinator, will schedule appointments and dispatch service technicians to jobs. As part of our service department, she will work closely with Jody Perkins, ARC’s service manager, and Lisa Pierson, ARC’s assistant service manager.
Craig Fenoff joins ARC’s plumbing crew of 22 licensed plumbers as a 3rd-year plumbing apprentice. With Craig’s addition to the team, ARC now has three plumbing apprentices on staff. He also serves in the National Guard.
Angie Fisk joins ARC’s office team to register equipment for manufacturers’ warranties and create operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals for systems ARC installs. Angie is also learning multiple administrative duties in order to provide back-up for office staff.
Nick Piper joins ARC’s team as a field foreman and supervisor. He’s also a licensed master plumber in Vermont and New Hampshire and holds a gas fitter license in both states.
