Our design professionals are members of professional organizations such as the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (R.S.E.S.), American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), Plumbing/Heating-Cooling Contractors (PHCC), International Code Counsel (ICC), and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).
We have a Professional Engineer on staff to stamp and verify our designs.
Our plumbing technicians are licensed in the States of Vermont and New Hampshire.
We participate in the Vermont Apprenticeship Program for plumbers, HVAC technicians and sheetmetal personnel and conduct all training in-house.
Our service technicians are certified in their individual areas of expertise, including CETP (Certified Employee Training Program), NORA (National Oilheat Research Alliance), and NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certifications as required by Vermont and New Hampshire Law.
Our refrigeration and HVAC technicians are EPA Certified to handle refrigerants.
Our service technicians hold Type “S” Electrical Licenses and gas pipe fitter licenses.
